Data and purposes
When you submit a contact or project enquiry, we process the information you enter, such as your name, email, requested service and message, to reply and prepare a possible quotation.
Legal basis
Depending on the enquiry, processing may be necessary for pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or based on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and retention
Hosting and email providers may process enquiry data. Their actual identities and retention periods must be verified and added before publication. We do not sell enquiry data to advertisers.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).
